We have only wonderful things to say about our experience. My husband John, was recently in the hospital when a deer hit my car on the highway on my way home from another late night ICU visit. Gerber was so helpful to me, as I am not used to handling the vehicle paperwork or insurance. They were even so kind as to bring the car to my house because of our situation with my husband in the hospital. It is personalized touches like that, that will have me telling all my friends about Gerber. Very grateful to the Broken Arrow team that helped me with RO# 5010013949. Thank you!

Got my car back when I was told had no problems except a bolt was rolling around in trunk door and there was a small leak by window was asked to keep an eye on it but other than that they are a very good company and they did a good job.

The team a team this location was great from start to finish. Communication is important and they were on top of it by letting me know when my truck would be ready. Jessica up front was the start and took care of me and made sure when I picked my truck all was great. The mgr came introduced himself as well as the adjuster. Was a great experience all together

Service is fantastic as always. Dana kept me up to fully informed on the repair progress. I picked up a well detailed vehicle, that looked as if it had never been damaged. The work was completed a day ahead of schedule.
