First time to use Gerber and first collision repair; service was good, work was good, and they finished ahead of their projected completion date. Office staff was very responsive and helpful. Estimator explained everything well and worked with us on repairing only what we wanted and using after-market parts. I had a little trouble staying in touch with the estimator during the estimation process, but she sent text and phone updates during repairs.

I was very impressed with Gerber Collision in Owasso. They fixed my bumper promptly and even touched up some places on the other side as a courtesy. People were very friendly and Jaime was accurate on the estimate and very professional and nice. Paint matched perfect with the rest of the car. I will be back when my car needs any other repairs. I have found Gerber in Broken Arrow to have great service, excellent work and genuinely friendly professional people! They have made repairs on one of my cars twice with excellent results. Also, a couple of years ago Shawn gave me good advice on my lease car that had a dimple on the front of the hood. The dimple was in a very difficult place as far as repairs and the cost to fix may have been expensive. It was getting close to turning the car in and I didn't want to be charged for the damage by Mercedes. Shawn suggested I wait until after the end-of-lease pre-inspection to see if Mercedes would charge me. Good news......I was not charged for the dimple. I appreciate Shawn's honesty and not thinking only of the dollars involved. Outstanding! I always recommend Gerber to my family and friends if collision work is needed.
