This is our third repair at Gerber. We choose to come back and do not consider another store/location. The staff is friendly, informative and patient with my questions. The work is exceptional. Most of all, they take the time to communicate with us on the status and updates. our estimator, even went above and beyond to finish the final paperwork so I could pick up my car the next day.

I would recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone. They were amazing from start to finish. Completed my repairs in less time then they estimated and kept me up to date on the process of my car via texts and phone calls. I would give them more then 5 stars if I could. By far the best, most friendly, helpful people, I have ever had to deal with. Not only were they able to fix my truck way ahead of schedule. And help me get a rental car fast because of the insurance company dropping the ball. My truck looks as good as brand new. I was kept up to date with texts and phone calls on the progress of the repairs. Which made me very happy with the service I received. The awesome, kind, courteous, and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I would highly recommend everyone I know or that may ask me about car repair.
