After an initial negative experience with some customer service issues, I was promptly contacted by the general manager, Don H. He went far above and beyond in fixing the issues as well as my vehicle. The work on the vehicle was excellent, and done in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely helpful. From the estimate,with both OE and aftermarket cost for the side mirror to setting up the rental. If I need to get work done again I will come to Gerber and I recommend Gerber to my friends.

I was awed by the professionalism of the entire experience. The estimator Bill G. was absolutely pleasant to deal with. The appointment was made and my car was ready actually before the promise date! I have been in the automotive field for over 45 years and am so glad that there are still people in the industry that really care about the customer. This was definitely a positive experience. Some jerk took my mirror off while my car was parked on the street the other night and it had me feeling down :( But then I dealt with Mandy at Gerber and she was such a joy! The service was impeccable and the new mirror looks great! Quick turnaround! Such an uplifting experience!
