Kelly was fantastic from start to finish. The shop did not sugar coat anything, up front and honest. My Jeep was finished a week ahead of time which was nice to get my whip back. They used OEM parts which is a bonus when fixing a vehicle. They also provide a lifetime warranty on their work/workmanship. I would use this shop for any cosmetic repairs or glass work even if it was not covered by insurance. Thanks and Kudos to Kelly and their entire staff. v/r SARGE

Everyone is quick to point out the job sucked. Well, my experience here was phenomenal. Kelly was great from start to finish and I was always aware of where my SUV was in the of process being fixed. My car came back to me lQQking like it came out of the show room. Thanks to Kelly and the rest of the crew who fixed my Jeep. The Gerber location on Hibiscus is Fantastic!!!! Justin and his team are amazing, incredibly talented, honest and take pride in their work. I had work done on my 2018 Audi at another local shop and they did a horrible job, simply pathetic! I originally planned to bring to this shop, but long story and ended up at wrong Gerber. After the other shop screwed it up, i knew immediately where to go. Justin and team fixed my car to PERFECTION! This team at the Hibiscus location are great! They are from the old Craftmasters and many still there, no other place to go!! Many Gerbers around, this is the real deal!

The work was super fast, the repair looks perfect, all the employees were great especially Kelly who stayed a few minutes after they closed so I could make it there In time which saved me an extra day on my car rental and she was very kind about it.
