At first, I was disappointed that I had to come by on another day for an estimate. But when I came back, I was given full attention. My repair was scheduled within days and the final bill was 20% less than my estimate! My car was washed and ready early! Kelly is the best customer service/estimator!

My car needed a completed rear bumper after a fender bender. Gerber not only provided me with the bumper but matched the paint perfectly and had it all complete in 1 day!!!! Great job guys and girls!!!!

I was extremely pleased with the end product. Took longer than expected, but the insurance company had something to do with that. My car was returned very clean, inside & out. The manager Justin, made sure everything was correct & that I was happy before I left. I recommend these guys.

Requested repair estimate 3-21-18 received same day. Requested repair 3-27-18 completed 3-29-18. All work completed in a professional manner, Inspection of work completed very satisfactory. Job well done. Interactions with service personnel found them to be very informative and helpful especially Shawn G. who was a pleasure to talk to. In future if I there is a need to recommend to my friends a repair establishment. Gerber at 850 E, Hibiscus Blvd would be the one.

I could NOT believe how fast they worked my car, AND when I couldn't pick up due to other pressing appointments all week after work they delivered my car AND took the rental back for me! Talk about service!!! You just don't see that anymore! Chris, my tech, was in constant contact with me via text messages. We dropped the car off on Sunday night, Chris gave a finish date of Thurs., then called me on Tuesday afternoon saying it was ready! TWO DAYS! That's it! TWO! And looking at my bill I believe that was a very good price for the repairs required! We also used Gerber Collision when my husband's car was hit. That was a different shop and was wonderful as well! I would HIGHLY recommend Gerber Collision to anyone who needs auto body repair work done! Check out the damage! Now it looks PERFECT!
