Just like the slogan says, "Highly Wreck-ommended!" Excellent service and work. Car accidents are a major inconvenience especially when there is damage but they minimized it for me. They kept me informed and only had my car for a few days. I appreciate the excellent service and will go back to Gerber for any future needs. I'll be recommending them to all my friends and family

My experience with Gerber and the staff was outstanding and professional. The communication from the beginning of the transaction until the end was excellent. I felt so at ease even though my car had undergone a terrible and ugly accident because Justin always reassured me of a positive outcome and of course that my car would look beautiful again. This is absolutely necessary in times of stress and anxiety. The whole staff at Gerber has a positive outlook, friendly and professional at what they do. Everyday people making it happen!!! Your place was recommended to me by Allstate so I brought my car in. It had some front end damage. From the moment I walked in the door I felt very good about your place. Tim was very pleasant and explained in some detail the steps to get my car fixed. Thinking it would be a week job I was shocked when he told me 2 days. He even called to give me an update on the process of the repair. (No body does that to my knowledge). I picked up my car on the second day and it looked like the day I got it from the dealer. Your entire staff that I dealt with was just wonderful. A very BIG thanks to you all.

Getting into a car accident is worse than going to the dentist! Then, you have to place yourself between your insurance company, their insurance company and selecting an auto body shop to get it fixed. Well, I was surprised by the positive customer service at the Melbourne shop from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Fran, administrative person, who introduced me to Justin, estimator, and then to Richard, general manager, who all teamed up to put my car back together again on time, on budget. I don't want to be in another accident, but if I do, I'll go back to Gerber.

Appointment for estimate was given quickly. Shawn knew I was coming for an estimate and prepared the estimate quickly. The work was done in a timely manner. More was required than initially thought (which Shawn had informed me was a possibility). The damaged parts were saved to show me what had happened. Fran in the office had the bill prepared and was most polite on the phone. We are very pleased with the work done.
