This is the second time I have been to Gerber collision for repairs due to someone hitting my 2006 Chevrolet trailblazer and I couldn't be more pleased With the work and customer service I received. Shawn G. was so great kept me up to date on everything just like the first visit I had a few month prior, and my truck just sparkled couldn't even tell I was ever hit .Thank you for a great experience I will always recommend my family and friends!

After finding myself behind a truck with rocks flying out of the bed, the hood of my Lexus was badly potted. I talked to Shawn and he provided a quote since the damage was not covered by insurance. Picked the car up on Saturaday and the car look like brand new. Justin, the service advisor, who handled my pick up went above and beyond the expected service. The service was great. The only thing I would say that needs work on is calling with updates. I found myself having to call even when my car was done. Otherwise I enjoyed the atmosphere with all the agents and receptionists. They were all a joy to converse with and very friendly.

Just to let you know that we had great service from Justin G. He was very professional and put us at ease. Being from out-of-town it was it was a scary situation. We didn't know what to do or where to go. Our insurance company suggested Gerber's. We were very satisfied with our service and repair results. Justin kept us well informed and up to date on all repairs. Every time I called him he was polite and helpful and never made me feel like I was bothering him.
