A deer hit the side of my car and damaged the front end and front side door. I was initially told it would take a few days. It ended up being 2 weeks .... why? because the first two doors that came in were "damaged beyond repair" which they said this happens often and it wasn't their fault. The third delay was because an incorrect front fender was ordered and so they had to re-order that piece. Of course I was not supplied a loaner car so this turned out to be an inconvenience for me, to say the least. The car looked good when I picked it up as I was expecting.

The frequent update kept me informed throughout the entire process. Everything was completed 2 days prior to the completion date. The quality of work was excellent. My car looks like it is brand new!!!
