My vehicle looks as good as new and Monica and Bubba were super responsive and professional. I really appreciated the communication I received from Gerber from start to finish, which made a stressful situation like an auto accident much more tolerable. They got my Subaru repaired more quickly than originally quoted, and even got me back in for a follow-up item very promptly. I would highly recommend Gerber based on my experience!!

The staff at Gerber was friendly and responsive. Previous repairs at other shops did an interior and exterior detailing + wax (Gerber did not), which is why I only give 4 stars.

Thanks for keeping me advised on the progress of hail damage repairs to my 2021 Toyota RAV4. The damage is so severe I'm a little concerned about the car being as good as new when the repairs are completed. Someone asked if this damage would be reported to sources like Carfax, which would no doubt reduce the value when and if we decided to sell it. Thanks again for all you're doing for us in repairs.

The entire staff is terrific! Sydni B estimate to my insurance company was spot on and she guided me perfectly through the entire process. I also want to give a shout out to Haley and Monica of the reception staff. While making arrangements, Monica took it upon herself to put me on a very brief hold and walk through the shared entrance doors to guarantee the availability of an Enterprise vehicle for my use. Well done everyone! If it was possible, I'd give you 6 stars!
