Responded to an email quickly when I checked on something. Great service. I'll be using them exclusively going forward for my auto body needs.

Excellent communication throughout the estimating and repair process. This was being claimed on someone else's insurance and Gerber took care of all of those details, and set me up with a rental car next door at Enterprise too! Grateful for the ease of this service.

I recently got my Toyota Rav 4 repaired at Gerber after a collision left the side of my car extremely damaged. Right from the start customer service was excellent and they were in daily communication with me about the status of my repair and when it would be completed. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful during the busy holiday time. On top of the great customer service the repair of my Rav 4 looked amazing. They even fixed a small dent on the back corner of the car that was unrelated free of charge. I was extremely happy and grateful for my experience with Gerber!

Had my truck tailgate fixed. Was concerned it may not look like new as had a hole in tailgate and is a aluminum tailgate. They assured me that when done would look like brand new or they would order a new tailgate but insurance wanted them to try repairing the hole first. We'll they did excellent job. Can't see at all where hole was and looks just like brand new. They explained everything very well along way and service was fast. Dropped tailgate off on Tuesday morning and took truck back on Thursday afternoon and by Fri evening everything was done and looks great. They also had to recalibrate all rear sensors etc why it took a little longer to get back on Fri. Will be using there service down down if I have any other body damage etc. Not everyone can fix the aluminum bodies but they did a great job.
