My car was repaired due to hitting a deer (front end damage, fender, hood, and windshield) so I called my insurance company (21th Century) the next morning and they set me up with Gerber and a rental car. The day after I dropped the car off Ron called and let me know all damages and that it would be 9 days. Well it only took 5 days and when I arrived to pick it up Ron walked me around the car and he noticed hood still had blemishes so he set me up with rental car and said it would be finished by 11 next morning (Saturday) Well he called at 8:30am and said it was finished, I'm very pleased with an excellent job and outstanding customer service. Thanks again Ron and all the Gerber staff.

Quote was quick an accurate. Service provided was completed ahead of schedule. An unexpected, but greatly appreciated surprise... my car was cleaned inside and out before it was returned to me. The service was friendly, efficient, and of very high quality.

The staff kept in constant contact with me on my repairs. I picked up my vehicle earlier than forecasted and was SO SURPRISED to learn that they totally detailed the inside of my car and washed the outside. I will never go elsewhere but Gerber!!! I have always had excellent service with Gerber Collision & Glass in Loves Park, IL -their staff is very cooperative and willing to discuss any problems I have with m y caar. Mike Lower, the General Manager is a GREAT person who is willing to assist me in any way and discuss the problems I have with my car - he is a GREAT employee for Gerber. Not only is he a super person, he has an excellent staff who knows how to treat their customers and all of them are very knowledgeable and professional. THANK YOU MIKE AND YOUR STAFF!!!!

I have never had such great customer service. This was by far the best automotive repair shop I have ever been to. My car looked as if no damage had ever been done to it, they did an amazing job on all of the repairs and were extremely friendly and helpful when i picked up my car. I am an extremely happy customer.
