Our family had the misfortune of both our vehicle’s being in collisions in less than a Month, one a complete total and the other was fixed. I would like to take this time to let you know that in both cases we were treated with great respect by the Estimator (Craig DeGutis) and the Shop Manager (Mark Wilson) both were very courteous ,informative and helpful in both the claims. They answered all our questions helping us to understand the process of our claims. This was a very difficult time having both our vehicles down at the same time; the first was the total then the second being the repair. We are a large family so being without one vehicle was bad enough but when the second one went down that to us was a major crisis .Craig helped us find and secure a rental car from a nearby retail company which was very helpful. I have never been so happy with a repair company. They gave me up to date feed back on how my truck was coming along. The people everyone EVERYONE was so polite, caring, and just all around great people. My truck looked brand new. I had not seen it looking like that since I bought it 5 years ago. I'm so please. I had the best experience at Gerber collision in Loves Park , IL ..Everyone was very friendly and helpful...I hope i dont have to but if i ever have to have collision repair again, Gerber collision and Glass in Loves park is the ONLY place i will bring my car to ....Mike, Jen and Mark have made my experience a great one and My Car Looks great ...thanks Guys

My van required both glass and collision repair and I am SO glad I took it to Gerber! The office staff was great, very helpful, even got me a MINIVAN rental instead of a car (we have SIX KIDS!). Vitale Silchuk did the repairs back in the shop and he did an AMAZING job! He really went above and beyond and my van looks better than ever! If I EVER need auto glass or collision repair I will bring my vehicles here and ask for him!!!
