I haven't needed auto body repair in over 15 years; Gerber repair was recommended to me by my insurance company (USAA) and I was extremely impressed and satisfied by there representatives and service. Exceptionally professional, friendly, informative and fast with beautiful results. This company did a great job of fixing my car. The employee's were all excellent and proud of their work. I was informed every day of how the work was proceeding. When I arrived to pick the car up it was also washed and cleaned inside What a nice surprise! Not sure of the names of employees that did the work but they also deserve much credit. Darlene at the front desk and Shabeer Adam hats off to both of you! Would recommend this company to everyone.

Despite the long process of getting my car fixed, I was updated with every issue. I absolutely appreciated the fact that they took off all my decals on my windshield and saved them before they repaired my glass. Saved me a trip for sure

I did not realize that the auto glass was separate from collision. I was a little confused when the office did not seem to know about my appointment for glass repair. After they spoke with the Jacksonville technician, things went very smoothly. The staff exceeded expectations and were very kind. They even gave me a ride to and from work, which was a life saver. Very good job!

Outstanding. I'm so glad USAA sent me there. They were professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly. And that is just the front end staff. The work was top quality, and completed earlier than expected, allowing me the flexibility of when to pick it up. I will recommend them any time I hear of someone needing this kind of repair. Needless to say I would definitely use them again.

I had efficient and excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful during a stressful time: after an MVC and dealing with insurance companies, etc. The office was well coordinated with the rental agency: no waiting or confusion. I wish I could think of some other wonderful things to say!
