Mr. Shabeer A. is an outstanding Estimator who treats his customers professionally and with the care thus puts them at easy and calm. From the second you step into the building you are well received. The paperwork is clear and concise. The Rental and Insurance is all coordinated and ready. You are updated via text and or email per your request. The quality of work is beyond profession. I live in Windwermere Florida and drive to the Gainesville Florida Office to do any work on my body work on my vehicle. I would refer any car to them in a heart beat.

My BMW 740 was in for repairs and the parts did not come in as expected as they were coming from Germany. No fault of Gerber, but there was a couple days delay from the promised projected finish date. Also, Even though the car had been washed, I did not pick it up the day it was ready, and therefore there was some overnight dust and dirt on the outside of the car. Again no fault of Gerber. Sahbeer A. did a great job in handling my repair. Thank you and if I ever need car repair again I will use Gerber, and recommend them to others

I decided return to the 6th Street location for my 2014 Mazda 3 after they fixed my RX8 about three years ago. My experience this time was just as professional and pleasant as my first. In particular, the level of communication from Shabeer and the entire team was perfect. I never had to pick up the phone to call - the text messaging system is great - my concerns were anticipated at every step. Shabeer called to alert me to damage that was not evident until the car was in the shop. He showed me the damaged bumper and explained why it was necessary to replace it rather than repair it. Since the repair was out-of-pocket, I was hesitant to approve the additional repair, but he explained that it would affect the safety and, very likely, the fit and finish of the job. With the finished product in my driveway, I am completely satisfied that ... Shabeer made the correct recommendation. My wife's Acura needs cosmetic repair to her front bumper and I will be back for that repair. Shabeer, Mike, Darlene and the entire team deserve the highest level of praise for their teamwork, quality of work and professionalism. read more

Shabeer assisted me throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step of the way. He even gave me a great recommendation to get some new front tires put on my car at a discounted price.
