I have never had service or attention from an auto body establishment until I dealt with the ladies at Gerber Collision. Awesome service. Got updates two times a week. Asked if I had a preference in the way I would be contacted. Phone call or text. Either worked, but just great people to work with. I have always had to follow up on my own with collision centers when my car took longer than expected. My car was finished a week early. Thanks for everything.

The collision team ordered a non-essential part without consulting me. I was aware of the problem they discovered, but would've preferred to decide whether to fix it. Because they ordered the part, I had no choice but to have it fixed. Hopefully this additional repair will be covered under my insurance. I would hate to pay out of pocket for their assumption. Other than that, I received exceptional service from Gerber Collision. They did a wonderful job repairing my severely damaged car. I particularly appreciated the phone calls to update me on the status of my repair.
