Everyone was extremely friendly and very helpful. They answered all my questions and kept me informed as to when my car would be ready.. My car came back looking like new and they washed and cleaned the instead. They helped make an unfortunate incident (the car accident) less painful. I have never had service like this before. What an outstanding team, from the ladies in the front office who were very informative to Leo who did the estimate for me. The text updates were so fun and made the whole experience less annoying at having to give up my car for a couple days. And they even got it done early! Who does that anymore? My company vehicle was hit from behind after a Gerber on site progressive agent worked up a claim report in 10 minutes we walked over to Gerber. The wonderful woman at the front desk set my repair for the next day. She said it would take 8 days. every 2 days I was updated. on the 7th day I was told tomorrow the truck would be completed. the next day, day 8 it was completed. and a perfect job. That's an amazing service response in my eyes. I will always recommend Gerber to anyone who needs their services. thank you

I've had body work done here twice, and both times I've been very satisfied with both the quality of work and the service. The staff go out of their way to keep their customers informed of the various stages of work being done, and updating time schedules for completion. Obviously I hope to not need their services again, but if I do - I'll definitely call upon them again.

Tiffany D, the Office Manager, and the other customer service ladies at the front desk were great; very polite, patient, thorough, and reassuring. Lindsey M, the General Manager and repair estimator, was very patient, knowledgeable, polite, and reassuring too. She was extremely thorough in explaining what the needed repairs were, the parts that were needed for the repairs, the procedure of how those repairs would be executed, and the time frame from drop off to pick up. The repairs were done very nicely and were finished sooner than the estimated repair time. Gerber has a great Collision Team. We have utilized them before and we will continue to recommend them; and, we will use The Gerber Team again if/when a need arises!
