The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, they let us know what to expect every step of the way and I would bring my car here again and recommend to family/friends. They did an amazing job with my car and kept me updated every step of the way. It looks brand new and I am so happy with my experience and service!

The finish on the repaired areas perfectly blends with the rest of the vehicle, while would have been difficulty given the pearlescent coating. The convenience of having the rental car agency pick up and drop off on location was also appreciated. I was treated with kindness and respect, and the turn over time was much quicker than anticipated. Overall a great experience.

Gerber did a fantastic job of repairing our t-boned Subie Forester. Replaced parts look and work perfectly, and so glad they realigned the front end. The biggest surprise was they detailed the interior. Would highly recommend.

We were in dire straights after colliding with a deer driving from OH to CT in the area of Gerber Collision & Glass. We had called our insurance company and told us to reach out to Gerber for assistance. I was greeted by Andy on the phone who was supportive, understanding and overwhelmingly accomodating. We had to leave our vehicle with him and find a way to get home to CT from there. When the vehicle was repaired we had to arrive after business hours which was welcomed by Andy and offered to meet us when we arrived to pick it up. I have never been involved with a garage or service center that has gone out of their way to help us out the way he did. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Communication was great with Emmalee who kept us informed of the progress and next steps. We couldn't be more pleased and thankful to have found ... and had been recommended to Gerber Collision & Glass. If we lived in this area, we send everyone we knew there for service! read more

I am so pleased with the work that Gerber Collision did on my car. My 2018 Chevy Impala was side-swiped when I was shopping in a local grocery store. You can imagine my surprise when I returned to my car! I had used Gerber Collision in the past, but this repair job beat my expectations. You can not even tell where the repairs were made. The paint matches perfectly. The bonus was the people themselves. Everyone was pleasant and cooperative. I received two phone updates and my rental car was delivered to the repair shop. Thank you Gerber Collicion Center. I will definitely recommend you to my friends. Your work is the BEST !!!!

Gerber made a stressful event much less so. They took care of everything. Fast, honest, quality. My estimate was accurate, they were very honest and transparent and it was done quickly. Communication by text to me daily was excellent. Personnel were professional, courteous and capable. They worked perfectly with the rental car company and it was so convenient. My car looked better than when I left it. It was clean outside and in - a nice surprise!
