Not sure you are aware of how great the staff in Elmhurst, Il is. Yesenia at the front desk was superb. Friendly, and professional and very patient. A gentleman came in after us and after only seeing him one time she remembered his name. Paul Panella was very attentive to my needs, was friendly and efficient. My car was taken the same day. My car came back in excellent condition and the cream of the top was it even came back vacuumed inside. Who would have known. Be assured that from now on Gerber will be highly recommended by me to all my friends. Thanks for the good job

Outstanding service and repair. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Yesenia who is very pleasant and helpful. Paul Pennella is an outstanding estimator. He was very interested in repairing my vehicle. He took time to explain to me exactly how my 1987 Buick Regal would be repaired. During the repair almost on a daily basis he would update me via text on the progress of my vehicle. Matt the supervisor of the repair process made sure every detail was done right and done right it was.Thank you to all involved,you did an outstanding job I could not be happier. Recently my front bumper was hit while parked in a lot and I had repairs done at Gerber in Elmhurst, Il. They did an excellent job! Less than a month later, I had to evacuate my home because of flooding (I live on the Des Plaines river) and had to park in an alternate parking lot after being displaced from my home. It was a very stressful time and to add one more thing to the losses incurred, I was hit again in the exact same spot. Ouch! Fortunately, Matt Henneken, the manager at the Elmhurst location was extremely helpful and so willing to accommodate me. He was so professional and courteous and after dealing with flood issues all week, this was a welcome kindness I will never forget. Each time we get trustworthy information, quality work and fair prices. Special Thanks this week to Matt Henneken, Production Manager. I asked the receptionist if someone could drop me off at my home 1/2 mile away. She said porter does not start until 8:30am but Matt might be able to take me. He did. For my pickup today, I asked if Matt could get me around 8:15am? Matt said, Yes and was at my home at 8:15am! Wow, Matt deserves a "High Five" for outstanding customer service!
