Unfortunately, I have gotten to know Gerber Collision in Elmhurst, IL much better than I would have otherwise preferred. That said, I must commend the technicians who have performed flawless work on my 2009 Toyota RAV4, and on my Chrysler Sebring. The work has always been OUTSTANDING, the estimates consistently better, and more more suited to a fix it, rather than to a replace it, type of car owner. A VERY special special commendation is due to Paul Pennella! He is a great asset to Gerber, and he is a "rare species" in the auto body repair field, at least from my perspective. The experience was excellent. I received a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule an appointment quickly. I was told it would take 3 days to fix my car, and they completed it is 1.5 days. I will definitely come back to Gerber if I ever get in another accident. I highly recommend stopping at Gerber if you ever get in an accident.

Not sure you are aware of how great the staff in Elmhurst, Il is. Yesenia at the front desk was superb. Friendly, and professional and very patient. A gentleman came in after us and after only seeing him one time she remembered his name. Paul Panella was very attentive to my needs, was friendly and efficient. My car was taken the same day. My car came back in excellent condition and the cream of the top was it even came back vacuumed inside. Who would have known. Be assured that from now on Gerber will be highly recommended by me to all my friends. Thanks for the good job

Outstanding service and repair. From the time you walk in and are greeted by Yesenia who is very pleasant and helpful. Paul Pennella is an outstanding estimator. He was very interested in repairing my vehicle. He took time to explain to me exactly how my 1987 Buick Regal would be repaired. During the repair almost on a daily basis he would update me via text on the progress of my vehicle.
