Last week my 2007 BMW driver side door broke- can't open from inside not outside. I contacted Kim, shop manager, & she adv to bring it next day. She gladly took my repair order. Jason, a tech, struggled at first as this type of problem is not typical for BMW but eventually managed to get the door open. Found out a small part inside the door latch is broken. Shop ordered the part fixed within 2nd day. Meanwhile Kim sent me texts & gave me calls informing the status of the situation which put me as ease. One should imagine if you take this BMW to a dealership & all the charges they would lay on me. I was only asked to pay for the part & very reasonable labor fee. Thanks Kim & Jason. You guys are the best!

Amazing service! Dropped my car on Wednesday they said the latest it would be ready would be 2 weeks. They called me Friday and it was ready! Took 2 days and a whole new door was put in and the whole side of the car was painted. I was actually shocked!
