This has been one of the most (if not THE most) pleasurable experiences, working with Gerber! And let me start by saying I NEVER take the time to submit reviews for places, but this was certainly worth doing and I could very easily write pages about the amazing folks at Gerber! An auto accident is never a fun or easy thing to deal with, especially when you care for your vehicle as much as I do (Taylor is my child!) But the whole process from start to finish has truly been nothing short of amazing, and they definitely did everything possible to make the best of an unfortunate situation for me. I spent hours researching local collision repair shops, reading reviews and weighing my various options, and am so happy with my decision to go with Gerber - I won't ever go anywhere else now! Special shout-out to CHRISSIE, who is an absolute gem and ... true beacon of customer service for others to learn & live by - she was courteous, friendly, always available to answer my questions and replied to emails lightning-fast; I couldn't have asked for more from her, or any of the other staff! I truly felt that they cared for me as their customer, and took my vehicle under their wing as if it was one of their own. The day I initially brought my vehicle in, they took my information, invited me to take a seat in their waiting room and offered me tea/coffee from their Keurig (bless), and within minutes they had Enterprise at their door with my rental vehicle ready to go - simple & easy as that! The text updates were great, and they finished almost A FULL WEEK ahead of schedule... I was truly shocked, somewhat skeptical and almost certain to find something wrong, but the repair work was flawless! Taylor looks just as good as she did the day I bought her, if not better! Because she sat for a day or so until I could get by the shop for pick-up, quite a bit of pollen had accumulated; so they offered to wash my vehicle for me AGAIN... wow! Cannot say enough about the quality of work and customer service from this location of Gerber Collision & Glass. General Manager, Kim personally sees to it that every customer has a WOW reaction to their work and I was no exception. Kim went way above and beyond what I expected. 5+ stars (highly recommend). My car looks fantastic!!

I brought my new Ford Expedition to Gerber for some paint work and repair after it was vandalized. I selected this particular location based on their wonderful reputation, and from the minute I arrived, I was treated like a king. Tina made sure to go over the estimate and all of the repairs in detail and Chrissy made sure I was scheduled in right away. They assisted in coordinating a rental vehicle and kept me informed of the progress through the entire process. Everyone was always so pleasant and accommodating. When my vehicle was finished, Kim personally inspected my vehicle and made sure it was perfect before releasing it back to me. I have been dealing with body shops for the past 25 years I have have never been more impressed. My Expedition looked like it did when it came off of the showroom floor. I highly recommend this particular ... Gerber location for all of your auto body needs. They have a customer for life! read more

I was very pleased when I picked up my car. They did a wonderful job fixing it and the car was very clean. It was done in a timely manor and loved the text that was sent to keep you informed with the progress of your car. Employees were very friendly and very helpful. We took our 2010 Kia Forte in after our daughter had a minor accident for repairs to the front bumper and headlight when I first drove up to the car I noticed that the outside had been thoroughly cleaned to my surprise I got out to check the repairs and noticed the inside had been done too upon checking the repairs which were done perfectly I noticed they repaired some bad scratches and painted on the passenger side door that had already been there for some time and replaced the pinstripes on the car that were not there on the driver side with out being ask too at no extra charge we were in awe. This is the type of Company that you wish you could find and I am glad we did not only were the repairs off the chart the service was just as great they kept us up to date without us ever making a call and were always so nice and pleasant to talk ... to, my family and I would like to thank everyone for such an outstanding job well done.
