The reason for this note today is there was a rattle or noise from the repaired door I took the car back and Rick E helped! 5 stars! He knew what the issue was and told me he would fix it within 30 mins. 15 minutes later he was done and fixed. Great job.

I recently brought my Silverado 2500 HD in for a damaged bumper cover repair. McKinley B was my estimator and effectively customer service rep throughout. What I was extremely pleased with (beyond the obvious - the repair itself) is that McKinley (1) communicated early and often throughout the process (I actually got the vehicle back a little earlier than planned), and (2) was extremely customer focused and thoughtful about any questions or concerns I might have had. Would never hesitate to send anyone his way at Gerber for their own repairs.

We have had windshield repair and body work done here (replacement spoilers installed) and have gotten advice on how to proceed with dents and dings. VIto and others are always helpful, courteous and fair and their prices are competitive. The facility has a nice waiting area, including work cubicles so you can get work done while you wait.

My experience was great from beginning to end. I don't know the names of the girls up front. I know they told me, but I forgot. They were both so personable, polite, and helpful. McKinley was absolutely a joy with which to work. He was professional, courteous, and kind. He did his absolute best to get my truck out of there in a timely manner. In addition to all of this, and probably most importantly, the work was top notch. You can't tell that I had repair work done on my almost brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit. I hope I never need it again, but if I do, I will get all future body repairs done at Gerber.

Work done to vehicles was exceptional. Could have used a plastic cover for floor and seats as they needed to be cleaned a bit from body shop technician. McKinley B. went over the top with his patience, and professional work ethic. All customer service individuals could learn a thing or two from him, and Wendy the receptionist as well!!!
