From the time I entered the door I felt as if I was a number one priority. Libby, at the desk handled everything and was quick with answers. Matt was awesome as well. He was on top of things and keep me informed with updates. Another reason why I was totally happy with the service is because they paid for the entire time I had a rental . Blew my mind. I'm 77 years old and have been driving for over 60 years. I've had a few accidents (not many) but by far the service and work at Gerber was the best. from the front desk, the estimators and the workers every thing was A-1. I can't thank you enough. I would recommend Gerber to everyone.

I give them 5 star rating for the great customer service starting at the service desk as well as the two estimators that I met with before and after the repairsthat went over everything that was going to take place. As for returning in the future if car repairs are needed there is no question who I would use as well recommending Gerber to anyone I come in contact with that would ask where to go for car repairs that is good.
