Kimberly at Decatur Gerber is awesome!! I came in for an estimate on a dent and she immediately offered to apply paint to the dent to prevent rust. She gave me an estimate for the future repair and charged nothing for her time and the paint ( which was an exact match!)

I recently went to Gerber because of a scratched fender. The price to fix it professionally was way more than I wanted to spend. One of your estimator's, Kimberly Christian at the Industrial Hwy. location offered to do a paint touch up, did a good job and the fender looks much better. She was a terrific representative for Gerber.

We were very satisfied with Gerber. Dennis met us on Monday afternoon February 18, 2013. Hw was very professional, called Enterprise to come pick us up. Started looking at the car checking everything out, when we went outside he explained the items he had found. After this he called to give us the what they would be fixing and the approximate time the car would be ready. It was not ready on that date and called to explain. Fortunately, I have not needed any bodywork in many years and was a bit apprehensive about it. From the moemnt I started the process with your company, Stephanie D'Agostin provided me with peace of mind.. Stephanie was excellent at providing guidance and keeping me informed on the progress of my repair. She even noticed an issue behind my spare tire that I probably would not have caught until it was too late to claim it on the insurance. My car is older and I had concerns about the new paint and bumper matching the old, But, the work was expertly performed and I cant tell a difference in color at all. Hats off to Stephanie and your company for giving me an outstanding 'collision experience'!
