Excellent work. Car looks fresh off the showroom floor. Fast service - two days. My advisor, Hector R., kept me well informed of the daily status. He also went over and above the insurance estimate (at no additional charge) to make sure the car was right. I hope I never have to go back, but if I have to, then this shop is the number one choice.

Scheduling and feedback all ran like clockwork while my car was being repaired. Derek was swift prompt and courteous on check in and out. Hector kept me right up to date as my car progressed through its repair. Hector did an outstanding job on my truck. It looks better now than the day I took it off the lot. I was extremely impressed with the way Gerber delivers updates via text message. The messages were extremely accurate and punctual and it helped me with planning during my down time of not having the vehicle. Extremely pleased with all of the work done on our Toyota Solara. Everything from replacing the bumper and back quarter panel to replacing the convertible top made the car look brand new.
