Overall, I had a great experience. I've never been in an accident before and appreciate the patience of all the employees as I asked multiple questions. I also really appreciate Christina and the other young lady who stayed after hours to wait for me to be picked up by the rental car company. The amount of updates I recieved throughout the repair process was exceptional. Most of the time when you drop your car off to be repaired you are normally left in the dark, so being aware of whats going on every step of the way was shocking and very much appreciated. Thank you!!!

This is the third time I have used Gerber's and from now on they are the only shop that I want to work on my vehicles. Everything is also better than when we bring it in. My wife 2015 Sentra looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They have done that with every vehicle I brought in. I recommed them to everyone about the whole process. They call you often and let you know how the work is coming along and are very nice. Best repair shop I have ever seen. Thank you for what you guys do.

Gerber Collision, I had both Auto Body work and Glass work completed at Gerber Collision and Glass in Clermont, FL. It was a pleasant experience working with the Clermont Team. EVERYONE was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The communication about my vehicle between Hector R. and myself was truly "over the top." I never had to wonder about the status of my vehicle. Upon pick-up of my vehicle, Hector made sure I was totally satisfied with the work prior to letting me leave. ....and I was! The staff at Gerber Collision & Glass in Clermont went above and beyond to help me during that tough time! They kept me informed and the work that was completed was worth while. The fixed an issue I had after pick up right away when I called, I was in and out within 20 minutes! I needed the hood of my BMW painted while I was out of town for a few days avoiding the need for a car rental. Derek informed me they were jammed pack during that time frame and he did not have the manpower to do it. However, he was able to complete the job if I could bring it in a day earlier than planned. I did, an excellent job was done, and the customer service was stellar. We hare fortunate to have this business in our area.
