The receptionist was very pleasant and clear explaining and ordering the part that I needed for my car. sorry that I forgot the name of the person that worked on my car. LOL. He was also very pleasant and very fast. this is my second time as a customer.

My car was damaged on the rear cab on the driver's side. We called Geico and they referred us to you and scheduled for me to get a rental car. We arrived at Gerber and a man named Sam F. did the appraisal. He was very nice and friendly and explained everything to us. We also had a guy named Scott help us. He was very friendly and explained everything to us and got us set up to talk with Enterprise. The girl named Rachel for Enterprise was extremely friendly and explained everything on how the rental car worked. They said they would follow up with me about the progress of the car and they did! I was extremely impressed on how well it turned out. I would recommend anyone to Gerber Collision. I was very happy with everything. Thanks a lot!

My vehicle was taken to the Gerber with four missing wheels and body damage resulting from a partial theft. Scott, Sam with GEICO and the rest of the team in Clermont were exceptionally courteous and professional and really went out of their way to make my experience a pleasant one. The service at this particular location was absolutely fabulous. From the moment when I first called I was impressed with the friendliness. Then when I took my car in for the "inspection" it was still impressed. They told me it would take 3 days to repair the damage. I was informed that if I were to take it in on a Wednesday the job would be complete on Friday of that same week. Well, I thought about it and thought this would be great. So, on a Wednesday I took my car in and sure enough on Friday afternoon I received my call that my car would be ready for pickup at 4:00 pm. I was elated to say the least. I recently had my 2007 F-150 in for collision repair at your Clermont, FL location. The work done on my truck was flawlessly executed in a very timely manner. Scott Monroe and his Team made the experience worry-free for my wife. While I was at work she dropped off the truck and he had the insurance-provided rental car waiting for her. While the truck was in the shop, he routinely called to alert her of the status of the vehicle. When the truck was ready yesterday, my wife was at work, so I picked up the truck and was ecstatic at how nicely the repair work had been done, and how beautifully clean and detailed the truck was when it was returned to me! I felt like I was getting a new truck! All in all, Scott and his Team did a fantastic job, and it was a very good experience. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again.
