I rate the service five stars because the customer service is far above some of the other experiences that I have encountered. Mr. Scott M. was my Estimator and was very informative the entire process from start to finish. This included weekly phone calls with updates on the repairs to the car and daily phone calls near the estimated date to return the vehicle to myself.

Being in any type of accident is never a good experience, and I've never been in one until this one. However, the Gerber team in Clermont managed to make me feel that all will be okay. From arranging the towing company to pick up my car to the follow up on status of my car, it was a amazing experience.
