Picked up my vehicle today and could not be happier with the finished product. They stripped and painted the hood and roof due to sun damage. They updated me daily on the status of the work and although they needed one more day beyond their estimate it was woth the wait. Gator and the staff are very professional and I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Our repair experience with Gerber Collision has been completely positive. From the moment we arrived at the office, the attention was first class. Our technical advisor Jim was in charge of detailing the damage to the vehicle with precision. He was very clear when explaining the process to repair our Kia Seltos, his work in making the estimate was fast, once the Insurance approval was received, they worked diligently to deliver the vehicle in perfect condition and in a time ahead of the originally offered time. We are pleasantly impressed because the work done was very professional and of high quality. It has been like new. I was very impressed with the service on Monday January 15th. I had an issue where my front bumper was falling off my mother-in laws 2012 Honda accord due accident with an oil change service at another location. I just needed to get it lined up and re-attached. A young man came out and looked at and took it back to his technician to see if he could fix quickly. He came back with my car in approximately 15 minutes with it all fixed. I offered to pay and he insisted no charge. I was truly impressed and will continue to go here for auto body service on all my cars. I wish I had gotten his name he is a great representation of this location.
