On Tuesday, May 31 I was lucky enough to get estimator, Tim Ferris, to look at my car for the damage it sustained during Central Florida's recent hailstorm. I had a lot of questions, which I am sure he has heard repeatedly from other clients...but for me, I needed answers...and Tim was friendly, informative, professional, and patient in helping me understand what my options were. Not only Tim, but everyone I met at Gerber was more than helpful and professional.

I took my car in to see if they could repair a door that got jammed when a strong wind blew it open. Within minutes, they came back and said 'repaired.' To my amazement, they also said "no charge." It is so nice to see companies that aren't always out for the almighty dollar. Thanks, Gerber....you have a customer for life

Took our car in thought they were going to have it for 3 days. Gator called us and they had the car ready in 4 hours. Now that is what you call GREAT service. If you need service for your vehicle call Gerber ask for Gator and he will take good care of you and your vehicle.

Great job on our truck! It looks like new again! And they cleaned and shinned the whole vehicle, it looks beautiful! Tania was great with communication always keeping me updated with phone calls and texts. Always got answers to any questions I may have had. Kevin did a wonderful job going over the vehicle with us at pickup. We are super happy with the service, job and time it took. I would highly recommend them for work and customer service! They definitely care about us and our vehicle as much as we do! Thank you for taking good care of our baby!

Someone sideswiped the rear bumper of my 2013 Cadillac CTS. It was very upsetting to me because I have had the car since it was brand new. One of the things that attracted me to the car was the Diamond White Tri-Coat Pearl paint. After the incident I contacted my insurance company and they referred me to Gerber Collision in Clermont. I am so happy they did. My experience with the folks at Gerber was a pleasant one from estimate right up to the completion of the repairs and repainting. I have never experienced such great customer service and communication as I did with Gerber...especially Kevin E...my estimator. Kevin called me every afternoon to let me know the progress of the repairs. That was truly appreciated. I would recommend Gerber to anyone needing expert body repairs and or painting. Got our car back in time allotted and we were totally please with the repair. From start to finish, the entire crew were very professional but really down to earth friendly and it felt like dealing with family. Chris, our handler, could not have been better in keeping us informed on progress and wonderful on follow thur. The front office staff , Lead by Tanya was super in their jobs. Thanks also to the behind the scenes guys who made our car look perfect again. If you choose any other collision service on the market you are backing up and don't care about great service. I have never reversed my rating before. I realized I acted badly. I should have worked with the receptionist to schedule an appointment to have my car looked at. While I was in a tantrum one of the estimators was trying to respond to me in a professional manner. I owe him an apology. Please remove my last review. In the past Gerber performed work on one of my other cars and did a great job.

We recently had an accident the agent that started our file left Gerber in the middle of the job. Sammy took over the file that was a complete & udder nightmare. We had 7 days of complete chaos & miscommunication. I had previously worked with Joshua at that location I went in & explained the situation. He immediately took over, appologized & assured me that my I will never return attitude would be gone before we were finished. Guess what? He was right. My car ia fixed looks brand new & I am singing his praises everywhere anyone will listen. So if you have any needs for thier services please go see Joshua he is the BEST around.
