I was very impressed with the service that I received at Gerber Collision in Clayton! I was leaving to go out of town a week after I dropped my car off, and they made sure to get everything finished before I had to leave. If I ever need my car fixed, I will be going back to Gerber!! A tree fell and crushed my pick-up truck bed, I need my truck for work. They we're going to re-place the sides, but that would've taken a week to 10 days. They took the time to track down a truck bed, let me look at it , matched the paint, and painted it ,before I had to bring the truck in. They repaired it in a DAY! THE TRUCK LOOKS BRAND NEW and I lost no time at work. Great Job Thanks

Everyone who works there were helpful,so pleasant and always kept me updated on everything that they did. I had called them many times about different things and there was never a problem getting back to me. I was the pest! I will highly recommend to everyone. The staff was excellent. I was offered coffee while I waited. I really enjoyed the benefit of the tables and outlets so that I could work as I waited. The service was prompt and very efficient. I felt like a queen the way they catered to my needs. I really want to mention Gus as he was the first face that I saw when I walked in. Also Pat and Frank worked on my car as a team to get the job done extra quickly. And last, Bobby as he directed everyone as to what would be the best for the client and the business. It was a great experience............but I hope I don't have to go back!!! lol But I would if I needed service of this type again and I have already recommended others to go see these guys.

One word describes this place: AMAZING!!!!!! The man at the front desk was so nice and attentive to our needs, and the other employees are so friendly as well. The shield on the bottom of our car was flapping and it only took 5 minutes to fix and put back on! These are really nice people and the service is speedy and great. I give this place a 10 all the way! I highly recommend this location to anyone needed auto services. You will be pleased. :)

Gerber did an excellent job on my vechicle. When I first dropped it off I was so nervous to give my car to someone for two weeks. When I came back to pick my vechicle up, as soon as I pulled up I saw my car and about cried. They did a wonderful and if any damage is done to my car again Gerber Collision will be the first that I call. Great Job, A+, 100% satisfied !
