The staff was excellent. I was offered coffee while I waited. I really enjoyed the benefit of the tables and outlets so that I could work as I waited. The service was prompt and very efficient. I felt like a queen the way they catered to my needs. I really want to mention Gus as he was the first face that I saw when I walked in. Also Pat and Frank worked on my car as a team to get the job done extra quickly. And last, Bobby as he directed everyone as to what would be the best for the client and the business. It was a great experience............but I hope I don't have to go back!!! lol But I would if I needed service of this type again and I have already recommended others to go see these guys.

One word describes this place: AMAZING!!!!!! The man at the front desk was so nice and attentive to our needs, and the other employees are so friendly as well. The shield on the bottom of our car was flapping and it only took 5 minutes to fix and put back on! These are really nice people and the service is speedy and great. I give this place a 10 all the way! I highly recommend this location to anyone needed auto services. You will be pleased. :)

Gerber did an excellent job on my vechicle. When I first dropped it off I was so nervous to give my car to someone for two weeks. When I came back to pick my vechicle up, as soon as I pulled up I saw my car and about cried. They did a wonderful and if any damage is done to my car again Gerber Collision will be the first that I call. Great Job, A+, 100% satisfied !

Superb service. They did painting on vehicle for Chrysler dealership. We had factory default and replaced hood. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Kudos to Clayton facility.
