What a great expierence. My car looks great. I was so impressed they actually came to my house picked up the car and brought it back to me after the repairs were completed. What a great job. I side swiped a mailbox on my new Impalla. I called my insurance company to report the claim and tell them I was going to take it to Gerber, where I knew some the employees, they replied with that is where we would like you to take it as well. Beth handled all the paperwork with my wife and I. Gerber did a great job of KEEPING US INFORMED throughout the two weeks they had our Jeep. We even received periodic Text Msgs which we thought were a great Customer Service standpoint. Overall they were wonderful and I will highly recommend them to anyone in Clayton, NC or elsewhere. Thanks Gerber we are very satisfied with the work provided, the friendliness, professionalism and the Customer Service was right on target....GREAT JOB!!!!

The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. My vehicle was in the shop for glass repair and other minor things, due to vandalism. So as you can imagine I was really upset, but Beth called me with status updates and really put my mind at ease. Gus went above and beyond with customer service also.
