Yay. I have my car back - minus the dents and scraps. After getting rather beat up in everyday city traffic and parking my 10-yr old Lexus needed body repair. I took it to Gerber because I knew I could trust them with my baby :). I was not disappointed. What I like most about the team is, in the end, they made sure I left with a smile. Yes I would go back and yes I would refer a friend. What more can you ask?

Jennifer was very professional and kind. She didn't get rattled one bit when I was annoyed about having the estimators leave after I was ten minutes late to my initial appointment. I really enjoyed the service. I didn't expect my car to be cleaned afterwards, so I was pleasantly surprised by that. Paperwork was minimal. There really wasn't much that I had to do at all. I will highly recommend you guys! Thanks!

Had the pleasure of being taken care of by Bob. He was a true professional and updated me on my repairs regularly. He took excellent care of my wife's brand new Q5 after it was vandalized. Minor delays due to insurance misquotes but not GERBERS fault. The work was great and the car was nice and clean when my wife picked it up. Thank you Bob!
