The service and repair were fantastic! When I got back home the car was so clean it looked like it had been detailed! I will not hesitate to reccomend Gerber to family and friends or to use Gerber's services again. I thought that this kind of company was a thing of the past and I never expected to see an "old school" approach to getting things done. Other companies should take note and they will when they see their clients going over to people like Gerber Collision & Glass.

What a great experience i had at gerber collision. From the very first minute i stepped foot in that building, i had nothing but a positive experience. Every single employee at gerber is the ultimate professional. Eric lambert and his team did an outstanding job. My car is actually better than new. And the receptionist who handle the paperwork was a delight to work with. I will absolutely be telling everyone i know about gerber collision. I literally had a great time at gerber.

I'm really pleased with the work that was done on my 2011 acura tsx. i've been going to this body shop for years, and i continue to use this location because my cause always looks like new after the do the work. i was impressed with how quickly i was able to get my car back even though there were parts that had to be ordered. Eric the manager also helped me with advice on what to do with a minor scuff on my bumper as well that i really appreciated. i also really appreciate the complementary car rental while my car was being worked on.

The work done on my car was not only excellent, but the service providers were fantastic to deal woth--from Marcie who made arrangements with Enterprise for my loaner car to Casey who did the estimate to Eric who did the work. My car looks brand new! Please give everyone a raise!

My insurance sent me there for work on my 2008 Nissan Pathfinder that was involved in a hit in run. They were very profesional with the estimate process and when the scheduled date for me to drop it off arrived the staff very friendly and profesional. When the job was complete I was very happy with the work and will be bringing back my business when the time comes. I have also been recomending the business to my friends who need to have work done to their vehicles.

Both Casey and Edd took great care of me and my car. I never had to question what phase my car was in as they called and informed me. They also gave me the car back looking brand new! The repairs were done so well it's impossible to see where the damage was. They washed it, cleaned the inside and they even put tire shine on my car (a detail I was very surprised and pleased to see). I am very picky about my cars so when I say they did a bang up job, I mean it. I would recommend this place to ANYONE who needs repairs. They rock!

I came in under an insurance claim to replace my front bumper. The production manager (Eric Lambert sp?) assisted my claim and presented feedback throughout the replacement process. The staff was friendly and allowed my car to remain at the shop beyond the repair time due to previous engagements I had. Upon picking up the vehicle the repairs were well made and the car was cleaned inside and out. A week went by and my front headlight went out. I called the repair shop since it the front headlight worked prior to going in. The production manager looked at the light and fixed it as a courtesy. Another week went by and the headlight went out again. I brought the car in and the production manager had another look at it. It turned out that the filament went out due to usage.
