I can not say enough about the service I received at Gerber. I was contacted at least once, often twice a week to be given updates about how the work on my car was doing, even if only to say it was on schedule. The people I talked to were very courteous, respectful, and patient with all of my questions. They gave the impression that my car was in good hands. I was worried after seeing how my car looked after it was hit that it would never look or drive the same again. Yet it looks brand new and drives perfectly! They even finished a week ahead of schedule. I am very thankful for the work that Gerber did on my car and for their exemplary customer service.

I had a pretty bad car wreck but had a great experience with Gerber on Elston--they were very communicative throughout the process, easy to work with, and did a great job in a really reasonable time frame. They also worked with my insurance company so I hardly had to provide anything. I would use them again!

The staff at this GERBER was very helpful with my repair and explaining the costs and repairs. They were also very through in explaining how the costs will work out with Farmers and what exactly will be my responsibility. They took the time and went out of their way, very much appreciated.

Pete was very responsive to my request and any questions. He saved and restored my custom grill and took care of other matters in a friendly and professional manner. He kept me updated all along and I was pleasantly surprised when the job was completed a full day earlier than promised.

The staff was extremely friendly, from the ladies at the front counter who welcomed me in and asked how they could help, to the estimator Robert Florence who walked me through the entire review process and explained exactly what they planned to do to repair my van, and exactly how long it would take. The repairs ended up being completed a day ahead of schedule and at less cost than they originally quoted the insurance company! They also took the rental car from me at their location and arranged with Enterprise Car Rental to return the vehicle to them. This allowed me to be on my way much faster and I am extremely grateful for that. They also cleaned my van, inside and out, after the repairs and had it looking and smelling showroom new.

"We have used this Gerber Collision office for several of our repairs. The shop has been courtious, efficient and the work has been beautiful. My daughter had a rear end collision and.... WOW!! They were so kind as to re attach the bumper to her old but reliable car without charge. They were very understanding and took care of us while we waited.
