Sam Miller called me today a week after he and his team returned my car ahead of schedule. Just another example of him going the extra mile for this customer. That's not all, he went miles out of his way to meet me at the office the day after they delivered my car to my house just to make sure I was satisfied. Most of the time I spoke to him throughout the process but the others were equally helpful. Sam Miller a wreck a mended rock star for Gerber!

Staff were Professional, maintained excellent communication about the repairs and plans for resolving the damage to my brand new car, work was completed in an expedient manner. All employees were wonderful and helpful. Have had collision repair work completed at this location on two different cars in the past year, always a very good experience with Gerber while having to deal with the unpleasant results of a collision.

Bob and team were incredibly helpful and assisted me with all my repair needs including securing a rental vehicle through Enterprise using the Gerber offers website - great added value! The repair was completed quickly and looked great. Bob was great to walk me through all the repairs and explain what was damaged and what was fixed. And it was a surprise bonus that when the repairs were complete, my car was not only fixed but also cleaned inside and out. Very nice touch and incredible service!

SUCH GREAT SERVICE! FRONT DESK STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, OFFERED ME COFFEE/DRINKS AND GOT ME IN AND OUT TO DROP OFF CAR. THEY ALSO CALLED MY RENTAL CAR LOCATION FOR PICKUP, AND ALSO CALLED FOR ME TO LEAVE MY RENTAL HERE SO I COULD LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. Our car looks perfect, like it was never hit. We had some problems getting the insurance to approve the claim, because the other driver caused the accident, but Bob was awesome. He worked with both our insurance and the other insurance until the car was fixed. He took care of everything, got us factory parts and answered all my questions.

This is our second experience with this Gerber location. Our first experience went so well that we chose Bob and his team again. As last time, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed speaking with Bob, the estimator, and found his knowledge to be reassuring. The repairs made to my Subaru turned out great! I hope not to have to utilize a repair service again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definiely return to the folks at this Gerber location. Thanks Gerber Team!

Wow! I was amazed at the ease it was to have my car repaired at this shop. As soon as I put in the claim, an associate called me and set up the appointment to bring in the car. They arranged for the rental company to pick me up. They were able to fix my car ahead of schedule. Everyone from the front desk to the repair men were friendly and informative. In cleaning out my car before bringing it in I thought I had lost my IPOD on the park way. I came back to the shop to check if it was in the car and to pick up another item I had forgotten, I did not see it. I went out and prurchased a new one. When I picked up my car there was my IPOD in the front consul... the person who had cleaned the car found it and put it up for me.
