I was contacted as soon as my vehicle arrived at Gerber's location and the condition reviewed. There was an issue with a damaged tire which was taken care of as described. I was contacted later when an estimate of completion was made, and finnally when the repair was completed. The vehicle was returned to its original condition; no trace of the repair was visible. All communications from Gerber were courteous and professional. I recommend their service without reservation.
