The experience I had at Gerber Collision in Broken Arrow, OK was exceptional. They kept in constant communication with me on the status of my car and also helped me deal with a few insurance kinks I ran into along the way. They were at all times professional and kind in a sincere way; I was treated like a valued customer. When I picked up my car, I was impressed with the body work, paint match, and also the extra bonus of having the interior cleaned with a better detail job than when I bought it used! Damaged the finish on my Rav while cleaning it. The personnel at Gerber were attentive, friendly, and didn't laugh when I told them what I had done. My vehicle was taken in in a timely fashion, ready when promised, and repair cost exactly as quoted. The work was above and beyond my expectations as they took the time to detail my car and literally made it look as good as new. It was a very pleasant and professional experience. Gerber Collision and Rodney Seago really took excellent care of my 2008 Nissan Quest after a hail storm damaged my car one Sunday night. Service is alive and well in B/A Ok. Rodney and Sean worked as a team to keep me informed of progress. Got it all done in 3 days. Went the extra mile worked with insurance co. and also got radio repaired, I didn't think that was going to happen. Even walked me to car when finished.
