I met Kim while on vacation and we struck up a conversation where I mentioned that my vehicle had been in an accident. She mentioned that she was employed by Gerber and spoke highly of their services. I told her that my vehicle was already scheduled at a body shop approved by my insurance provider. She told me that Gerber was an approved shop with State Farm as well and had the presence of mind to know the shops schedule for repairs which was better than where I had the vehicle scheduled. On her recommendation, I switched the repairs to Gerber and was extremely satisfied with every member of your team. The vehicle looks great!

Just picked up my van after being repaired. They did a fantastic job!! They even cleaned the inside for me. It's cleaner than it's been in years! They did the repairs faster than anticipated. Everyone was extremely nice and the communications were above and beyond my expectations. This is the second time we've used Gerber, and we went there because of Kim G. The first time we drove out of town for repairs (from Boulder to Longmont) and this time , you have a repair shop in Boulder. Yay! So, Kudos to Kim G. and the Boulder team! We will use you again if the need arises.

I was very pleased with Gerber Collision the day I was hit by another driver. My car was towed to Gerber where I was met by Kim. She was extremely helpful in getting me set up at a phone so I could call my insurance company, get the claim number so my car could be serviced, and then got me over to the rental car company to get a car. After being hit I was certainly a little shook up and Kim managed to calm me down. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone who needs work done on their car.
