When I was notified about my parked vehicle being damaged, I was not looking forward to dealing with the insurance company of the driver-at-fault. I was determined to get my Beetle repaired by an independent body shop, which had been recommended to me. I followed Safeco's policy to get an estimate to repair my Beetle from either Gerber OR Abra. The wait time, just to get an estimate of damage, was over a month. Gerber was able to accommodate my estimate immediately. I visited Gerber to receive the estimate of damages and I received quite a surprise. After dealing with both Desiree, front office manager, and Laura Fisher, the adjuster, I was completely impressed.
