"Thanks very much for your note. Please excuse my delayed response. Moving is always stressful and having your car broken into just before the big event didn't help! We were very pleased with the entire transaction with Gerber. In fact, we could not believe that you guys could get it done, one time, and without making us feel even more stressed! We read reviews of various repair shops offered by USAA Insurance. Of course, it is usually the disgruntled customer who takes the time to write a review so there are always negative ones out there ... We could not be more happy that we chose you. From the very first phone call I made to Bill in your Boulder office, he set the expectation that "we can and we WILL help you". That was invaluable. We were in California at the time of the break-in, needing to get back to Colorado, get ... the truck fixed and keep moving east. Your shop made that happen - on time. Both Bill and Danielle made us feel comfortable and trusting. The communication you provided during the repair, both text message and phone calls, was wonderful and I think very unique. Psychologically, even if there is no new news, connecting with the customer makes them feel better ... important. More businesses should take this approach.
