Dealing with Gerber has been great. I like the text updates instead of having to call for updates. I also had an issue with the car rental that they didn't have anyone to drop me off at Gerber. Kim at Gerber suggested I drop the car by them and she would have them pick it up- saved me alot of trouble. When I picked up my car I had an issue with it overheating. I called to tell them I was coming back, they did stay open to help me. I'm not local so I'm not sure what I would have done. Issue was resolved and I was on my way. Thanks again for going the extra mile.

I found the personnel thoroughly professional and friendly. They explained to me clearly in advance the work that would be entailed in repairing my car, and I was completely pleased with their handling of ihe settlement with my insurance company, and the excellent work they did on my car. For future repairs, I will certainly return to Gerber Collision & Glass.

Chris and Jon are awesome. They are so friendly and professional and able to answer all of our questions satisfactorily. Having repairs done on our cars is easy thanks to them, while our cars always look great after being repaired at Gerber Collision, which is why we always go there!

The experience at Gerber's collision was positive all around. The staff at the Bloomington office was most friendly, accommodating and pleasant to deal with. Service was very efficient and met my needs in every way. Repairs were done with attention to detail. I was very impressed with my first experience with Gerbers.

Couldn't believe the cost and amount of time it took to get the part and complete the job. I got another estimate and they were going to charge more and figure at least a week before the job was done. The part was ordered on a Wednesday and the job was complete the next day and the inside and outside of the car were cleaned which was unexpected!

Chris W. and his team definitely exceeded any thoughts I had on the process of repairing my vehicle. I've never been in an accident before (knock on wood); Was going in blind so to speak. My insurance company (USAA) was good, but Gerber was even better! The work done was absolutely perfect. I was so happy to see my car, it was all pretty and clean again :-) Their attention to detail was noticed and so appreicated. Chris was able to make time for me and my questions; Never made me feel rushed or like I was some clueless customer. Just want to pass this feeback on. I've 'Liked' their shop on Facebook and have told all my friends about it. If something like this should ever happen again, I'm without a doubt going back to Chris and his team. Everyone in the office was so pleasant and helpful...I can't say it enough. Thank you!!!
