The office personnel were very informative and friendly. Our vehicle was ready when they had told us it would be. Getting the text messages everyday letting us know how our Dodge was doing was great. My claim was handled with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and timeliness. They setup my rental car loaner. Cleaned my car inside and out. Oh the auto body repair was like new, with lifetime warranty. I would definitely use Gerber again if the need arises.
