If I could give Gerber Collision & Glass more than 5 stars I would. No one wants to be in an accident and matters are even more complicated when you are in an accident out of state. But I can't tell you how grateful I am to have such a wonderful team supporting me through what could have been a very unpleasant process. Stephanie D'Agostin, especially, went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to quickly get a rental car and get on the road home while she and her team handled all of the details surrounding my collision. With her regular updates and reassurances, I feel like I had one of the best 'worst' experiences! Thank you, Gerber Collision & Glass and THANK YOU, Stephanie!

I contacted Gerber last week for repair info. on my Cadillac back passenger window, it would not go up. I spoke with Emily M. and immediately I was impressed with her communication skills. I have been commuting from South Georgia and Emily worked with me to coordinate an effective plan of action. On my way home last week she called and advised that the regulator for the window would have to be ordered and offered to tow the car to my residence in Atlanta at no charge. This really was a gracious offer and I told her I would be back up in Atlanta and would pick it up on 11/10. I went to Gerber yesterday and got my car and to my surprise they had cleaned it up and it looked great!! Emily walked me outside and verified everything had been corrected. I loved the communication and daily updates received from the Gerber team. I really missed my car and it was comforting to know where they were in the process. They also returned her better then she went in. The Gerber team performed admirably.

Gerber is the real deal. No short cuts, no surprises. Excellent work and communication. Rental car office on site. Hope you don't need body work, but when you do there's no question where to go.

My insurance company, USAA, sent me to Gerber. Stephanie was absolutely wonderful - she worked with me to figure out a weird payment situation and was so incredibly nice. They finished the work on my car very quickly ahead of schedule with frequent updates along the way. There's an Enterprise in the same building so it's also convenient to get your rental car.

My Toyota 4Runner recently got broken into, and the door handle lock was destroyed along with a dent in my door. USAA recommended Gerber Collision and I could not be more pleased with the entire process. Stephanie was my estimator and took care of the process from start to finish. Very pleasurable and knowledgeable, Stephanie made sure to update me every step of the way. My car is in perfect condition now, and I am so glad Gerber Collision took care of it all! Will definitely return for body work in the future.

The car look great - Emily M. as my rep and kept me appraised through out the process. When she called me to tell me my car was ready today, I told her I would grab a cab and head over, she said no we will bring it to you (I live about 3 miles away) which blew me away. Before they left the shop I asked the m to check my left brake light which i was told was out - but when my car got here the light was still out. The tech who was with Emily said that they checked it at shop and was working there but he saw it was out.... so what does he do takes the light back to shop and gets me a new one and drives back here (knowing i couldn't leave until my kids got off bus) and installs it. This is customer service !!!! Thank you so much.

I received exceptional service from Gerber Collision & Glass. My RO Number is 241004654. Emily M. was the Estimator and did an outstanding job. She was professional, courteous and kept me informed as to the status of the repair work on my Kia Sorento. I brought my car in at 9:00am and picked it up at 5:30pm on the same day. The work was completed ahead of schedule. Emily took the time to explain the work done on my vehicle. She helped make this a very positive experience. I will highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to all of my friends and co-workers. Well done Gerber Collision & Glass!!!

I am new to the Atlanta area and had no idea where to go to get my car fixed after I was hit by a drunk driver last month. I did some research and settled on Gerber and I am so happy I did! My car looks great, even better than it did before. The staff there were so friendly and helpful, they made an entirely overwhelming process a lot less stressful. I am so thankful to the entire staff at Gerber and will definitely come back in the future.
