August 15, 2014 - Gerber Collision & Glass, a member of the National Auto Body Council (NABC) has restored a vehicle as part of a nationwide vehicle donation program called Recycled Rides. Recycled Rides is a community awareness project whereby members of NABC repair and donate recycled vehicles to people in need. The repair center is approximately 15,700 square feet, it was previously operated under the name of Performance Restoration and Collision Center and now operates under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name.

Chicago, Illinois - April 3, 2014 - The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the opening of a new location in Fayetteville, North Carolina. With this new addition, Boyd Group now operates 224 U.S. locations.

The center in Fayetteville, North Carolina is located in a new building with one of the largest dealership groups in the market. It will be Boyd Group's third location in Fayetteville and 25th in North Carolina, it is approximately 18,500 square feet.

Chicago, Illinois - February 6, 2014 - The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the opening of three new repair centers, two of which are located in Arizona and one in Maryland. With these new additions, Boyd Group now operates 223 U.S. locations.

In Arizona, the new Mesa-Hampton Avenue facility is the fourth location in Mesa which is well situated on a busy main thoroughfare. This repair center is approximately 15,500 square feet. The second facility, Tempe - 3rd Street, is approximately 15,000 square feet and will be the third location in Tempe, Arizona. Both locations were previously operated under the name Kustom Koachworks and with these two new additions, Boyd Group now operates 17 repair centers in Arizona.
