Chicago, Illinois – November 19, 2020 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced the acquisition of a collision repair center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

This repair center previously operated as Tony’s Auto Collision Center and has served the market from this location for 23 years. Oshkosh is located where the Fox River enters Lake Winnebago and is the county seat for Winnebago County, Wisconsin. The Oshkosh repair center is approximately 45 miles north of our location in Beaver Dam.

This is Boyd Group’s second location in Waterford, which is approximately 40 miles northwest of Detroit and between Gerber repair centers in Orion Township and Commerce Township. This new repair center is on the property of a new car dealer which chose to no longer operate a collision repair facility.

Chicago, Illinois – November 3, 2020 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced the acquisition of three collision repair centers in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

The repair centers, located in Escanaba, Kingsford and Marquette, previously operated as Classic Auto Collision Centers originating in 1984 in Escanaba. A new repair center was built in 1990 and a second location opened in Marquette. The Escanaba location relocated to a newly built facility in 1992 and the Kingsford location was added in 1996.

The Upper Peninsula (UP) is a forested region bordering Northern Wisconsin and is connected to the Lower Peninsula of Michigan by 5-mile long Mackinac Bridge. Commonly shortened to “Esky,”

Chicago, Illinois – September 9, 2020 – The Boyd Group Inc. (the “Boyd Group”) announced the acquisition of two collision repair centers in Farmington and Rogers, Arkansas. This marks the Boyd Group’s entry into the state of Arkansas.

The locations previously operated as Northwest Arkansas Collision Center, originating in 2007 in Farmington and expanding to Rogers in 2015. Both of these cities are within the metro Fayetteville market. Fayetteville is the second largest city in Arkansas. Farmington is located approximately seven miles southwest of Fayetteville. Rogers, the sixth largest city in Arkansas, is 20 miles north of Fayetteville.
