June 24, 2010 -- The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the opening of its new repair center in Evanston, Illinois. The repair center, previously known as M&D Auto Body, was recently acquired by the Boyd Group and now operates under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. The new location is approximately 8,000 square feet, with nearly 7,500 sq. ft. of production space. With this addition, Gerber Collision & Glass now operates 23 repair centers in Illinois and 55 overall in the U.S.

May 13, 2010 - The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the opening of its new repair center in Owasso, Oklahoma. The repair center, previously known as the Collision Center of Owasso, Inc., was recently acquired by the Boyd Group and now operates under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. The new location is approximately 17,500 square feet, with nearly 16,000 square feet of production space. With this addition, Gerber Collision & Glass now operates three repair centers in Oklahoma and 54 overall in the U.S.

May 10, 2010 - The Boyd Group Inc. (the "Boyd Group") today announced the opening of a new start-up repair center in Cartersville, Georgia. The new start-up is approximately 16,000 square feet in size, with nearly 14,000 square feet of production space. It is well located to help serve consumers and insurance clients in the hub of northwest Georgia. With this new facility, Gerber Collision & Glass now operates eight centers in Georgia and 53 overall in the United States. Together with its 37 centers in Canada, the Boyd Group owns and operates 90 centers in North America.
