I dropped my car off and it was repaired in a timely fashion. The woman at the desk was extremely knowledgeable about what papers had to be signed and explained what each paper was for. She also had a good understanding of what repairs the car needed. I was very pleased with the service I received at Gerber Collision and Glass.

The employees at the Gerber on Forest Hills Rd were incredible. The insurance adjuster strongly suggested I take my car to their preferred provider, which was not Gerber. Gerber has been a great supporter of charities and benefits in our area, so I choose to support them back. My work is perfect, the employees were very helpful, and the entire experience was the best you could hope for.

EXCELLENT customer service as always! Nobody likes having to take their vehicle to the body shop because generally something bad happened that made you go there in the first place. But that's not the case when it comes to working with Al at this location. He is always more than helpful and works with me to accomodate my schedule. I manage a service department myself and have had the unfortunate issue of taking in at least 3 of my vans that have been involved in accidents in the past year alone. That's why when I needed body work done on my own vehicle, I had no reason to shop around. I knew right where to go. And the quality of work was exactly what I expected-perfect!
