Laura (receptionist) and Tony C. made my worse nightmare feel pleasant. They both have excellent people skills and made by experience a little less hectic. They both keep me informed and help beyond my expectations. I pickup my truck today and she is perfect.... I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs body or glass service. I got excellent service from Gerber Collision, my car repair was top notch, they even cleaned out my car and detailed it, and it was finished 4 days before the original estimated date. My car was hit by another driver and it had some minor damage to the front. The other persons insurance had me go to Gerber and the next day I got a call about scheduling an appointment at Gerber. They got an estimate right away and got my car in soon after. It was done on time and the service was great all around. They even offered to give me a ride home after I dropped my car off and my ride didn't show up, I'm not sure many other places would have done this. Great job Gerber.

We were very happy about the entire experience; got in touch with us very quickly, had an appt quickly & then it was done in even less time than anticipated! They did a super job on the repair,and it looked like they had even done some cleaning inside of the vehicle (windows) and the outside was also spotless! It was a really positive experience all the way around!!

Why we were getting a quote from state farm we were talking to the receptionist she was the main reason we chose you, when we picked up are car Al B. greeted us with a friendly smile and a hand shake. Al answered all our ? . What i could see at first glance of the car, work done on it was pleasing to my wife and i. I would recomend you in a second to anyone. thanks for a good experiance.

Gerber Collision has done two repair jobs on my vehicle. The first was fairly minor but exceptionally done. This one however, was a lot more complicated and also exceptionally done. When I had a question, Denise at the front desk was always helpful and so very cheery too! The manager Al, personally came out to verify work done on my vehicle and answer any questions and concerns. They are definitely my choice and recommendation for repairs.

I was very happy with the customer service I received while my car was being fixed at Gerber. The staff at Gerber Collision was amazing - very friendly and helped me with dealing with the insurance comany because USAA was denying liability. I felt like I had someone fighting on my side and it just reassured me that there are good people out there trying to help others. The staff handled everything from talking with the insurance company to fixing my car and sending me updates about the repairs. I was informed at every step along the way. It was the best the experience i had a body shop. The job the staff did on my car was great. i had someone back into my car and damage my rear bumper.
